CUE

 

It’s another day,

And another rise today

Another 24 hours

With the same sun

And the same ground

And the same head

And the same grimace

And the same art of being.

For the first time in 3 years, i took caffeine willingly last night

Because all my roommates did and they told me to

(and i dont feel like topping it)

The taste lingered long after, annoying

I then remembered why i dont really drink coffee.
